M.A. Course

We started the M. A. course in "The Theology of Consecrated Life" in the year 2005. It is an ecclesiastical degree course similar to the Master's Degree courses in our other institutes in Rome, Madrid and Manila. The students are required to have a Bachelor's degree in any subject and adequate theological background. One can attend the course as a residential or non-residential student. This would be an ideal course for those who are being formed as resource personnel, formators or animators. It can also serve as a renewal course in different aspects of religious life. .

One Year Diploma Course

The Institute offers a one year programme for those who are interested to deepen their commitment through a renewal programme focused on the Theology of Consecrated life. This would be an ideal course for those preparing for their perpetual commitment, those desiring for meaningfully spending their sabbatical year and other religious who want to refresh their life as religious. For the best usefulness, some experience in religious life and sufficient mastery of English would be required for the participants. Though day-scholars are welcome, the ideal is to attend it as residential students because the different activities and involvement in the lived experience of a community with members of various religious Congregations will enrich and expand our vision.

One Month Intensive Course

For those who are busy with apostolate during the year and unable to attend the full year course, Sanyasa offers a one month intensive course in the Theology of Consecrated life in the month of May every year (this year it is from 26 April to 23 May). It is an ideal course for those looking for a short course for renewal of their religious life or in preparation for their perpetual commitment and for those who are animating the religious communities.

Part Time Attendance

Those who desire to participate in the diploma programme partially can choose the courses of their choice and attend them preferably as non-residential students
